Let us cater your next event!

Before Your Event

  • Please be as specific as possible when filling out your catering request. More details will make planning your event easier.

  • Please have one point of contact for your event.  It becomes confusing when too many people are involved with the details.

  • A $150 deposit is required to book your event date.

  • The earliest your event can begin if hosting at the cafe is 4pm and the latest end time will be 11pm.

  • All phone calls/emails will be returned on weekdays only, not on weekends.  Please no pop in visits to the restaurant all meetings will be scheduled by appointment only.

  • All pricing on food is subject to change based on market value

  • All off menu items must be for 25+ people

  • There will be two floor plans you can choose from if you are wanting tables to be rearranged.

  • Confirmation of menu, guest count and floor plan changes must be given one week to the date of the event.

  • Any cancellation of your event must be made one week prior to your event.  If there is a last minute cancellation your deposit will be non refundable.

  • All decorations and set up/ tear down is the responsibility of the customer.  Twisted Sage employees are there to assist in anything you may need to make your event go smoothly. Customer is responsible for all banners, back drops, balloons and balloon arches tear down and clean up.

  • Full payment of the event must be made the Tuesday before the event.  Bar tabs can be closed out the day of the event if it is not included in your quote.

  • Our restaurant can accommodate 50 people inside and 50 outside

During your Event

  • No confetti of any sort is allowed inside or outside the restaurant or in any decorations such as balloons.  This would be subject to additional charges.

  • You are welcome to bring a DJ or have live music during your event.

Bar Guidelines

  • You can purchase drink tickets for your guests that can be included in your quote for your event.

  • You can have an open bar at which can be paid at the end of your event

  • You can also have a cash bar in which your guests will pay for their own drinks during your event

After your Event

  • At the end of your event you have 30 minutes to clean up. For every 30 min over the time of your event there will be an additional charge added to your final payment.

  • Any open bar tabs will be closed out at the end of your event.

  • Final payment of your Event will be accepted with Cash or Credit Only. No Checks will be accepted for closing out your bill.
